The BWC is committed to multicultural ministry and the successful Cross-Racial and Cross-Cultural (CRCC) appointment transitions. To that end, we’ve designed a year long certificate program for Cross Racial and Cross Cultural appointments. This certificate program was created because diversity promotes creativity and leads to higher team performance in an organization. That is true to church ministry also. A diverse church leadership brings a wide range of God-given talents, leadership styles, different gifts and perspectives, and spiritual growth with openness.
