Participants will explore the 4 C’s of effective SPRC ministry—Confidentiality, Communication, Contracts, and Congregational Accountability—while clarifying the committee’s responsibilities, boundaries, and best practices. Through practical examples, participants will learn how to build trust, strengthen pastor-congregation relationships, handle sensitive matters appropriately, fulfill personnel and contractual responsibilities, and promote healthy accountability. SPRC is not simply a committee that manages problems, but a ministry that builds bridges, strengthens relationships, supports the mission of the church, and leads courageously.
